From ashes

VERZ Online is a project that started many years ago in one shape or another. A previous attempt in 2019 to go at it alone was unsuccessful... there war a login system, character creation, profile pages, map generation, a trading system etc. but hit a roadblock making navigation work correctly. Then, disaster struck (aside from COVID-19) and forum got hacked. Saw it too late, took drastic action and wiped the server (hosting provider took all our sites offline, not just VERZ Online) and upon trying to do a recovery, it became apparent that we didn't have the correct database backup. SIGH! Live and learn. It's a year and a bit later, a time for another approach.
